Hi!

One week ago i bought this photo paper on a market and i would like to know that if i can develop it like they show it in the video that i linked below or i must buy a normal developer.

I think so, but I've never personally tried it. Because this isn't really a pinhole question, it's a developer question, I'd recommend asking in the film & paper forum, where you're more likely to find an expert on development formulae:
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

I say it's not really a pinhole question because your question isn't really about what gets the image on the paper, it's what to do with it after that.

Forte Bromofort BH0 is an old school graded fiber paper .It can be developed with with any paper developer. I have very old stock, but still very good with no fog issues.
