It's example 1 in this patent that is given in the Film Developing Cookbook:

Some time ago I made this without the DTPA but that is now available as pointed out by @albada.
I wrongly used EDTA ,the results were indistinguishable from commercial Xtol, it was kept under inert gas.

I can submit only one photo within 2 mb, which I am attaching below. Grains are much finer and smooth in my full resolution image.

actually, It's in thesame author's Film Development Cookbook, which, for many reasons, is a valuable book to have for any serious darkroom worker.
