Todd - I'm almost certain that it's the focus section of a 90mm f2.8 (version 1) - did you check to see if it fit a 50 DR lens head? I have both lenses and never head of this "extension tube"

+1 with Maxwell.

The 90/2.8 may be the same diameter as the DR though. No need for the focusing mount going to infinity if it were for macro.

It is a valuable item if you have a lens head with the same or close code and a damaged mount.
Repost if you can find a two numeric digit code.
