I can't believe I'm gonna let this go but my needs in the super wide arena are being filled by my Leica gear these days. This sale is for my extra Norita 66 body and 40mm f4 Noritar super wide. I'm sticking to my new years resolution to not hold on to cameras that I'm not going to be using and instead let them go to someone who will put film through them! I still have my other body and the 80mm f2 Noritar dream lens which I'm holding onto for now (the only thing that beats it is the Noctilux and I can't afford one of those right now) but I may sell this in the near future.
This is a good condition Norita 66 body with normal signs of use and the typical brass showing from under the black paint around the corners that comes with pretty much all Norita 66 bodies. Body is mechanically excellent and was just serviced and CLA'd by Ross Yerkes a few months ago. All shutter speed times are correct and all functions of the camera are spot on. Focal plane shutter is in excellent condition and there is no shutter bounce. The 40mm super wide is in excellent condition and is optically excellent. Comes with a UV protection filter which I've always kept on the lens and the original lens cap.
I'm very aware of the going rate for these cameras these days and the for the rare 40mm super wide so I don't have much wiggle room on the price. Asking $1100 plus $20 shipping via UPS Ground within the Continental US or $60 shipping international. Body and lens are being sold together. PayPal preferred.
I'll trade the whole kit (two bodies, both lenses, waist level finder, accessories) for either the 28mm Elmarit-M ASPH or the Tri-Elmar 28-35-50 v2. If you think you'd like both bodies and both lenses or some combination feel free to make me an offer.
