Have you tried the 120 version lately? I do not see any excessive curling in 120, but I agree the 35mm is much flatter.

All of Foma's 120 films curl like crazy. The 35 mm stuff dries more flat than Kodak's films. Go figure. I really wish I could get Tri-X to dry without cupping.

I have the same experience as olehjalmar. No exessive curl with 120 film and a very flat 35 mm.

I have the opposite, excessive curl with the 120, so much so that you have to take great care when removing from the spiral to ensure the film doesn't curl back onto itself and damage the emulsion.

They are in a process of changing the routines, and believe a new version of the 200 will be realeased. I have heard they are doing changes this summer.

Foma will be doing a new production run this year of their ISO 200 film

When Foma first became available in the US I got sent a sample brick of 100 and 200 in both 35mm and 120 and the results were consistent between rolls and between formats. At the time I stayed with Tech Pan as it was my standard film. When I decided to add a 2nd standard film I had no problem deciding on the Foma 100 and2400 but when I tried to get them, they were no longer shipping to the US or no one was importing and selling it.
