Do you mean Fomafix P?
Use as in the instructions. You can make 1L, but be aware the fixer will be slower for films.
Wash extensively after fixer.
I've used it when I couldn't find the liquid version. The liquid Fomafix is about the same as Ilford Rapid fixer, dilutes 1+5 for up to 17 rolls and the bottle of 500ml lasts for over 50 rolls and it is priced in the UK the same as the powder version and a lot cheaper than the Ilford fixer.

The product ist called "Fomafix P", not "Foma pan P".

the right hand column is the relevant one. If you worked with rapid fixer until now, this is a standard (non rapid) fixer and as such requires longer fixing times, so be careful not to underfix (should be obvious when reading the instructions).
