Hi!

It says that Fomadon P is a type D76d developer. I'm using a stock solution to push Tri-X 400 to 3200. Now, MassDevChart says that the time for pushing Tri-X 400 to 3200 with a D76 developer is 11min, however, I read somewhere that you need a 50% increased development time when using D76d, in comparison to D76. Is that true? Does anyone have any experience with Fomadon P when pushing Kodak Tri-X 400?

I always mix D76d and always used standard D76 times. It's a better buffered variant, not a drastically different one. A 50% increase is insane. In other words, use it as you'd use D76.
