Welturs are wonderful cameras, uncoated lenses can be a bit of a problem. I have a Franka 6x6 with Schneider Radionar, wonderful picture taker. The late Ensign Autoranges, 1620 and 820, are the bee's knees but very hard to find, though the 1620 does not cost the earth like the 820. That said I have never seen MF pictures sharper than the ones I got from the 820. It impresses hard-bitten lab techs, a bit like a record store guy saying he likes your band.
I'd skip the rangefinder. There are so many great scale focus folders out there, and most can be had for peanuts if you are patient.
