Fold lock sleeves

I'm sick of scratches on my 35mm negatives. Long horizontal scratches! I'm pretty sure they're caused by putting the negs in print file sleeves. What is interesting is that the negatives are completely clean (ie: fresh from the dryer and will scan completely clean) and I still get these damn scratches. Anyway, I want to switch to using fold lock sleeves. What is a good cheap source for these things? I shoot 150-200 rolls of 35mm a year...

Not low cost, but a nice system. I use the below for my 8x10 negs at about a buck a piece:

The boxes are better made than similar ones from Light Impressions.
