Focusing gear rack for building flatbed 8x10.

I am planning on modifying / rebuilding an older Burke & James monorail to
a flatbed camera. Can anyone advice me of suppliers of suitable gearrack and pinon to such a project. Most suppliers I find in a netsearch sells only in large quantities. But my plans, are at best, just one camera.
