For the benefit of those not following a previous thread, here is a document I received from Kodak Alaris summarizing the previous and current packaging of Kodak Flexicolor C-41 chemistry. As you will see, the previous packaging, called "SM", supplied the chemistry basically ready to use, requiring no "starter" to be mixed in. Apparently Kodak felt this was uneconomical and individual users are now forced to adopt the packaging that was really designed for mini-labs, which incorporate a starter into the mix. This document shows the previous C-41 packaging and the current "replacements" and shows the correct ratios for mixing replenisher, starter, and water to make a working solution.

I wonder if they make the non-LORR version of the developer any more.
It looks like there is a mistake in your table for the Fixer, its repeating the bleach.
I also wonder if they make the SM version of Ektacolor RA4 now?

That does look like a mistake, as there appears to be no starter for the fixer.
The chart posted says to use the bleach starter with BOTH bleach and fix tank solutions, there's another error in the mixing instruction column for the fixer where is says to start with bleach replenisher and add bleach starter. The posted document is full of errors, probably done by an unpaid intern that never processed a roll of film.

I don't know but don't think this fixer requires a starter of any kind, tank and starter solutions are probably identical.

And you now have to play hide and seek to find the Z-131 manual.

Developer is really the only one that requires starter, in my experience. Fix: never needs starter from what I have read/seen. Bleach: starter can be optional but generally not required.

The C41RA bleach requires a starter as shown. The C41RA fixer is mixed 50/50 with water, there is no starter.
