I recently purchased a Yongnuo YN560-TX II Manual Flash Controller to control my Yongnuo YN560 IV flash units wirelessly.
The Yongnuo YN560-TX II manual flash controller works well with my newer cameras that have a built-in hot shoe.
With my RB67, Nikon F2, and other older cameras that do not have a built-in hot shoe, the Yongnuo YN560-TX II manual flash controller does not work. When I directly connect the Yongnuo YN560-TX II manual flash controller to the RB67 with a male-mini (3.5mm) to PC-male sync cord, the flash does not fire.
Based on my research and information provided by B&H Photo, the flash should fire. I do not understand what is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
