fixing the lifting mechanism in a Durst M605

hi everyone,
I am trying to get information because I plan to replace the plastic cog that raises/lowers the head of this enlarger.

it's a difficult thing to do?
I wonder if there's a manual online that explains how to do.
in the meantime I will gladly accept any suggestion you give me

I haven't mentioned that it's not something written on the 'normal' manual...
I think it's more like personal knowledge...
anyway let's see if someone helps me
