i hope i look as good at 75 as my medalists. considering these cameras parachuted from planes, landed on beaches, lived in fox holes all the time under fire of war... still expect it to work as good as new? have it serviced n it will see you to the grave.

 
+1 to this. There's a reason it's known as a "hockey puck". Same goes for most Nikkormats and the F2 - all feel like they were overbuilt and can definitely take some abuse.

I have an F2 body that looks like it was dragged down the road for a few miles. The body shell is dented in ways that couldn't be from normal use. Functions perfectly and just keeps going and going.

Honestly, I'd like to see a picture of that camera.
 
The Argus C-3 would fit all your requirements and made in America.
