If you do go MF you will not regret it as the quality improvement those large negatives give over 35mm is very noticeable. Of course, once down that slippery slope it's only a matter of time before the siren call of LF beckons...

That is only too true, the slope is way to slipery to not fall for larger and larger format...

You can often get Meopta Flexaret cameras pretty cheap too, around $50 for a working camera.

If by a chance you opt for a Flexaret, go for the newer ones (Flexaret VI or newer)...
