First new Photrio member

Hello all,

With the new Photrio forums I couldn't resist becoming a member!
Well, probably not the first one, but inside the top-ten I guess.

I'm shooting almost entirely on film, so last year I mainly visited APUG, but I also have a digital/technical background and part of my workflow is also digital, so I'm excited to see the new Hybrid section actually, to pick up new ideas.

Now I have to do some research how the site works and figure out how to become a subscriber, because I sense an urgent need to keep this thing running.

One thing rarely mentioned is the layout of the site. I very much like the minimal approach with subtle gray colors and discreet typography. So, compliments to Sean from my side.

I'm already thinking to change my avatar in something B&W, it looks a little bit too bold perhaps.

I saw Architecture, Still life, Documentary and Abstract moved to the 'General Discussion' section (mixed workflow). It's very quiet there, which is a bit strange for me because 80% of my photo's is Architecture and Documentary (and the rest Still life and Abstract).

Feel free to liven it up! Some of us (maybe many) have a tendency to look at just "new posts" unless we're posting a question ourselves.
