I posted a thread a few weeks ago concerning a Crown Graphic 4x5" camera I had purchased locally through Craig's List. It had been damaged and I ended up replacing the focus rails using the set that was on an older Crown model I had picked up a few years ago. About the same time I ordered a copal#1 Graflex lens board for my Schneider 210 mm lens. I mounted the lens and went out last weekend to take a few shots with the camera. I just got the chromes back and the camera (and lens) is working perfectly. From a 120 roll I shot a few weeks ago I know that the 135 mm lens I have for the Crown graphic also works well. I'm jazzed about having this much lighter and easier to carry 4x5".

Good for you, well done.

I was out with my Crown yesterday, hand held it's fun, I was at Aphrodisias the ancient Greek/Roman city (in Turkey) photographing the Stadium, awesome, a 2000+ year old 30,000 seater stadium almost fully intact :D

To answer both previous questions no I have not had the 4x5" chromes scanned. I don't have my scanner set up right now and the local shop wants $25.00 for a scan of 4x5. And the Crown Graphic (the original one) came with a 150mm lens on a copal 0 board. I went on ebay and bought a copal 1 for my Schneider 210mm. There are lots of lens boards available and they are not too pricey.
