First 2 rolls of film, what happened?

Hi!
New to the forum, New to analog photography.
I recently was given an old Minolta xe-7 by my grandfather, and then also picked up a Canonet QL17 GIII, shot a roll of B&W through each and just got them back from a local lab. Some of the frames turned out great, others have some weird stuff going on that i'm not well versed enough to identify and know how to fix.
Some frames are foggy, things are in focus and visible, but its like all the blacks were pulled way up.
Some frames have what i think are light leaks, but not all of them do, my thought was faster shutter speed didnt leak as much, or I was standing in a dark place shooting so it didnt leak.
Some Frames have some strange bars that seem exposed slightly differently running vertically along the frame. but not all the frames have these bars.
One frame in particular has a large hard white streak cutting through it. no idea what that is.

Any knowledge on what happened would be appreciated, wether its a user error, or something in the develop process.
I'm eager to learn and shoot more.

Actually that one was from the Canonet

Agree with Michael Ziebell. It may need a CLA, especially on the shutter. It also looks like there are agitation marks through the sprocket holes.

Would you mind explaining a bit more. I'm a novice.

The Canonet has a leaf shutter, so those shots appear to have some type of light leak, maybe the back isn't sealing correctly? Have you looked at the camera's light seals? If they haven't been replaced in the last decade or so, they'll probably need it.

The Minolta shots appear to be underexposed (except one) or processed incorrectly. The alternating streaks at the top and bottom of each frame look like surge marks from over-agitation during the developing step. They could also be under-fixed, but you have one frame that doesn't look so bad. I'd shoot another roll with the Minolta and take it to a different lab.
