I have a JOBO LPL 7451 Diffusion Modular Enlarger (full manual here) and today the lamp died. The manual says it is a quarts halogen lamp 200W, 24V with dichroic mirror.

Where can you get such a lamp or better: what kind of lamps can I buy (I live in Germany).

Also: I wonder whether I made the lamp burn because I switch the power supply on and off to quickly. After a longer period time where the enlarge was not used I did some checks on the power supply and turned the power supply on and off several time and als the lamp. So maybe the fan did not have enough time to cool down the lamp? How long should I keep the fan running after the lamp was turned off?

Thanks, what does ELJ stand for?
Careful - it is "EJL" not "ELJ".
Almost all types of commonly available projection (and similar) bulbs are sorted and sold by their designated 3 letter code - yours is a EJL bulb.
You can have bulbs with the same electrical specs but different sizes and shapes and connections - if they are different, they will have a different 3 letter designation.
You can see the EJL code in the photo you posted - in red letters on the side of the base. You are slightly fortunate, because it isn't always so easy to find the code on the bulb itself.
Those bulbs don't always handle long periods of inactivity well, so it isn't particularly surprising that one would stop working in those circumstances. Hopefully there isn't any problem with the power supply (which also don't like long periods of inactivity).
When you find a source, I would advise buying at least two bulbs. In my experience, bulbs always pick the least convenient time to burn out.

Usually the fan will run continuously even if the bulb is not on. My 4x5 chromega did anyway. I don’t know about JOBO enlargers. If curious about when to turn it off... just wait until the air coming out of the enlarger head is no longer warmer than the surrounding environment.
