This is the Filmslitter-man_Xkaes on ebay -he is in USA. Normally he has fixed prices.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Film-slitt...575260?hash=item2617d4bd1c:g:IC8AAOSwOKxcO-fw

Slitters made in China but he is worldexclusive distributor. I had contact with the builder-he saw my statements over the years. and he is very professional knowing what to do to make the slitters running correctly. no i dont have his email anymore. Xkaes can answer any question. I am sure he could also deliver 126/127mm cutters. 3 or 4 mm to cut to get 2x 61,.5mm.
Slitters may be out of stock but he told ready within 3 weeks.
i have all kind of slitters for cutting perforated and unperforated 70mm down to 35mm.
What he mentions under 65mm is also true for 70mm.
When cutting with two blades on both sides of perforated 70mm films perforation will be cut which could lead to problems with machines. not in handloaded reels-I hope at least...
If using one-blade cutter it will leave perforation on one side and cut on the other. have an idea how to use such cut film in hasselblad 70mm-back. it needs perforation to count film for proper spacing. there is a rather complicated solution for using unperforated 70mm film in A70 backs.
120-making: it would be interesting to know if its possible to mount paper BEFORE 70mm film is cut. maybe only if using one-blade slitter. paper with film aligned on one side. will try to find out this year.
65mm film- this remjet ECN-3-film by Kodak Vision 3: on emulsive is a report how to cut to make 120/220. he is telling it must be cut down to 61mm. but in my opinion its 61.5mm or around this. width may vary a bit. Am i right or not?
One person had the idea to cut film down film 65mm (or 70mm) to 120 using a glassplate. very clever we would only need a double-cutter then. hope xkaes can provide it later also. the idea could be a machine for easier cutting from one side to the other.
Holgamods Randy Smith had this in mind. only he must be convinced to make a universal 70/65mm one.

As Ic-racer pointed at, roller slitters are technically to prefer on knife slitters.

Armaflex (very expensive)could be the right material very soft/flexible-we used it to cover light leaks in Horizont/Horizon-Pancam in combination with 35mm cartridge felt.
from the mentioned google-search:
http://www.larryhester.com/slitter2.html
I wonder if there are more slitters on ebay. can anyone search there pls-.

I’ve used the Xkaes slitter to cut 70mm to 120. And another to cut 120 to 828. Both work well and nice to have.

What a horrible site to see; a beautiful 70mm film slit to 2(4) stupid & unnecessary 110 roll! My fridge is loaded with Kodak Tri-X 7266 16mm x 30.5m & Kodak Vision3 colour 16mm x30.5m enough for decades to feed my Pentax 110. Sell those 70mm canisters to a tru believer.

He doesnt yet know which exotic 70mm films were or are around to feed whatever below 70mm-size cams.
To feed Hasselblad A70 with 61.5mm film as i told one side of cut 70mm film must have complete perforations(its needed for correct spacing). the cog-.wheel is not for transporting but spacing-reasons. the cog-wheel which in the nonperforated 70mmfilm-workaround in A70 which will be shaved then. but to inform now this is the idea: mercury works(most universal cam) can 3dprint 70-120 spools. Normally 61.5m film(120/220) must be centered on that spool. but when cut down asymmetrically-one blade cut-perforations on one side cut only-a matching version must be created. I told that we create a special shim to fill the gap between 70mm-spool-discs and 61.5mm-film. If film must be centered two thin shim-rings will be used on both ends of 70mm spool. If 61.5mm film is used in Hasselblad A70 or non yet converted Mamiya RB67/70 it would be wise to use eighter two of the thin shims or we will create a think version also. i tested the double-shim-method with a mockup successfully. i will do further testing to check if the shim is ever needed. In converted Mamiya takeup spool stays 70mm only. mercury-works naked spool without 70mm cartridge makes only sense when 220 film is used.
When time is ripe i will open a new thread about all the 70-61.5mm/120/220-workarounds. and show how the Vermeercameras-Mamyia RB67/70-back is looking like on the left side to takeup 70 AND 61.5mm film. why not 35mm?
Will show the images earlier in a new thread. with instruction how to change the back.

61 or 61.5mm or whatever size the 120/220 films are it comes to my mind the puzzling size-variantion must be the reason Epson on their newest 800/850 flatbed-scanners produced a wrongly sized 120-holder. Am i right? on dpreview and a special swedish site(mentioned there) is a workaround. dont have 850 yet.
