hello, i recently bought some t-max developer and some t-max film, but i am not so happy with the results. i was wondering if the developer could be used with other films, or is it strictly for t-max film?

One of my local camerastores had T-Max on sale recently, so I bought some. It`s very good with Tri-X(both TX and TXP) and the roll of Fuji Acros looked very good too.

This developer will produce good results with pretty well any film. It could be considered a general purpose liquid dev that gives good speed, medium fine grain and reasonable acutance. Chuck Fp4 plus, Tri-X, Delta 100 etc in it and should get nice results.

I use Tmax developer with Acros 35mm and 120 and find it great. A bit expensive but I am starting to use it at 1:9 dilution.
