I've been wondering how to wash digital.

The one time I've used this method in a tank that didn't like inversion, I equated 20 inversions with one minute (when I agitate the first full minute in an inversion tank, it runs about 23 inversions), and timed accordingly.

How much time do you spend on each step?

about one second for each 'turn', doing full inversion..... about 1min 30seconds total, at most 2 minutes
