Film rolled tight but still light leaks

I suspect I am experiencing this fat roll issue with a Kodak Dou 620 that I now own. I have to re-roll 120 onto 620 spools, which I'm sure introduces a bit of slop in the roll. But what is happening is the last 3 frames of the roll "sometimes" end up with obvious light-leak marks along the top edge and eventually into the last frame. I suspect that as the take-up reel is getting fatter, the roll eventually puts enough pressure on the tensioner (spring) to lift the door slightly at the end of the roll. This then leads me to believe that the door seals are well used, which is allowing just a smidgen of light in at the end of the roll. Just thought I would mention this.

Yeah, maybe I just got sloppy with this roll. 99.9% of the time I have no light leaks but this one picked up one. I normally would not care too much but the image fogged looks like it is a good one.

I have to ask, why do you have two GF670s???

two is smaller number than three.
only good frames get fogged

Why two? GAS!

And it's nice to have two so I can reload at leisure.

GAS would get you a GF670W to go along with the 670. That's what my GAS did. Reloading these cameras is so simple that's an expensive way to save a few seconds!

The details are I bought a Voigtlander Bessa III when it and the similar Fuji 670 were announced. The US market had to get on a waiting list and I waited a year for mine. I loved it so much that about 2 years later I bought the Fuji version because it seemed like film cameras were doomed. The convenience of having two similar cameras was serendipitous. It certainly was not the reason for spending another 2 grand. But not having to attempt to reload in pouring rain or blowing snow in the middle of nowhere is priceless.
