If one processes their film during the full moon will you get a more full bodied negative with better edge effects due to the change in gravitational pull?

Yes. You get an extra stop in speed if you make an emulsion during the full moon. The grains are larger due to the tidal pull of the moon.

my rear gets cold when I process during a full moon. I try to keep both belt and suspenders in use to keep this from happening

Oh course the tank might grow hair and claws and bite you, but that's usually only a problem with C41

You get some extra film speed but ONLY if you meter with a Luna-Pro. I thought everyone knew that.
It's a problem getting an even coating on wet plates during a full moon.
i don't know about film, but my dad told me when he ws growing up on the farm if concrete work needed to be done they always poured when there was a full moon. Why? my dad doesn't remember. Or maybe it was during a new moon?

Or did you mean nekked? There is a difference you know.
If you habitually develop your film on the beach, you may find the spring tide, being higher than normal, may surprise you and wash sea water into your developing tank. This is unlikely to improve development activity. Other than that...
The moon's gravitational attraction has only about 1/10,000,000th the effect on the emulsion as the Earth's gravity. The Sun's gravitational effect is around 45% of the moon's. When in alignment for a full moon, the system is arranged with the sun and moon on either side of the earth and during a New Moon they are aligned with the Earth at one end so... Let me see... ummmmmmmmmmdummdummdumm - take away 1 over muttermuttermutter and multiply by muttermuttermutter take away the number you first thought of and ummmmmmmmmm raise to the 3rd power of Rincewind's Constant, then muttermuttermutter... No mushrooms were damaged (or distressed in any way) during the making of this post. Several toadstools may have been slightly injured, but frankly, they were just asking for it: serves 'em right.
I`ve stopped developing at full moon, tray development and claws just don`t cut it.

What happens when you dev film with red wine, at full moon, high tide and when the planets are aligned? (And you used a Luna Pro?)

Whatever happens, you can always tout the result as a museum piece. Alignment of the planets is the kicker. How often has that happened in my 80 years of life? I'll have to ask my brother, the astronomer in the family. He has a new book out. Search Amazon for Michael K. Gainer if you're interested. He has some of the traits of his big brother, me.

OOps I meant sacred not scared LMSO..........anyway if you read EW's daybooks he used to develop film in the buff when he was living in Mexico -but maybe that was down to TM 
If you have streaks from uneven development, do they go anti-clockwise in the Northern hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern hemisphere? From now on, all my developing will be done on the equator.

Looks like one of the small Coprinuses to me. Not magical at all, I'm afraid.
Someone once told me that the Kodak plants in the southern hemisphere had to mix emulsions in the opposite direction due to the change in direction of the stirring vortices in the kettles.
IDK if it was true or not. I didn't bother following it up. They were probably playing a practical joke.
