It was APUG member Polyglot who had problems with Sistan. After that I stopped using Sistan on my prints. It was absolutely impossible to keep print face free of ocasional droplets or univeness of liquid Sistan layer. Maybe it works well just in machine processing where print is squeezed by two rubber rollers?
It contains a surfactant. I hang the prints from a corner and they run off cleanly. If there are/were occasional drops, they never affected my prints over the last five years.
