There's no color data in there as far as I can see. You did get a large amount of fog; something didn't work out as intended with the experimental developer.
If you believe it's color film, try processing some in RA4 developer or regular C41 developer. You should get plenty of color that way if it really is a color print film - which at this point I doubt.
