Film King Slow 12

Hello, a few days ago I bought a Chinese film of ISO 12, we don't know what film is inside, but the Chinese adds the times, which are these:

D-76 STOCK = 10 minutes
Rodinal 1+25 = 9 minutes
Xtol STOCK = 7 minutes

The thing is that I always use HC-110...
Is there a table of equivalences between developers?
What time would be suitable for HC-110???

No, but what I do in cases like these is extrapolate using a film for which you have times for several developers.
E.g. take Fomapan 100, for which we have a D76 time (let's say 6.5 minutes for stock) and HC110 (e.g. dil. B 6 minutes). In this case, we see that the HC110 dil. B time will be slightly shorter than the D76 stock time.
Your mystery film says D76 stock for 10 minutes, so something like 9-9.5 minutes in HC110-B sounds like a good starting point.

I've never heard of that film, so I'd appreciate any info that anyone has.

And once again I find myself amazed at "new" films popping up everywhere.

I just checked at FOTOIMPEX, and they are now carrying AGFA APX 100 and 400 in 100' rolls!!!

I'm blown away by all the other films they have to offer -- that apparently I can't get.

My guess is it's a blue-sensitive microfilm stock. You can see in the photo above that it's almost transparent. I just ordered a roll so I'll report back in a couple of months when it shows up....

Might be worth it just to get the swell aluminum can....

(although I already have some)

That logo is really, really similar to some of the Kodak logos from a few decades ago....
I do like the brand name though

Could be. It could be any number of print films or microfilms. I like mystery films, so I'm eager to get it. I have very low expectations.

I also ordered a roll of "King Mono 50" -- which may be the same stuff with a different development time.

Their example photo looks like lith film.

I know I have seen ORWO DP31 sold as "Lackadaisical 8" Both DN and DP were inteneded for making intermediate Positives and Negatives for B&W movies. Hence DP and DN

In the end I trusted my intuition and followed the drop test which gave me about 11 minutes. Here are the results. Adox HC-110, 1/31, 20º, 11'.

Interesting No edge marking and still film perforations and real continuous tone. I have no idea what that film is.

If you peeled up the sticker on the film cassette you might find another one underneath.

It seems to be Kodak 2383 film as I got some degree of color using a CD4 based low contrast film developer posted here.

That's an interesting thought. If that's the case, I would have expected it to be significantly slower.
Can you post an example of the colors you got?

Here is what it came out looking like

I also compared it with a real thin emulsion copy film (CMS20II) as I found the semi-transparent base quite interesting
