I always get great results using Delta 100 box rated. I usually add a yellow filter for a little bit of fairer skin (and even sometimes an R25 red filter), and then I compensate the lips with lipstick to make them darker.

Delta 100 has less shadow gradation (more toe) than TMax, as well as less green sensitivity. Developed certain ways, it can result in more curve upsweep overall, desirable for high-key portraiture. Otherwise, I consider it the "Poor Man's TMax". An interesting product in its own right.
