I have referred to this article several times here on APUG as a good source. Chuck Woodworth, the author, was manager of an emulsion production department at Kodak for many years, and I have known him and worked with him on and off for over 15 years at EK. He is a fine person and a fine engineer and an experienced emulsion maker and product designer.
