Figuring out manual flash exposure

Nice blossom shots (the last three). I would like to do that. Do you recall the distance and aperture used?

And ISO?

Thanks, they were all at f/11 and ISO 800. I think the last one I was less than a metre away (you can see it a bit out of focus) and the others maybe 1-2 metres
