Here is another fancy 16mm film slitter designed to slit 35mm into 16mm from 100ft bulk rolls. Designed 40 years ago. It is designed to be used in an infrared glove box so that the operation can be viewed on a TV screen. Film roll is loaded onto the left side and manually fed thru the cutters by turning the crank. Slit film is then attached to the take up spool on the right with tape. Switch on top of unit is then turned on which starts the take up reel. Crank the crank and the slit film is taken up by the take up reel.
