It seems the VERY in-depth Photomacrography(.net) is no more? Does anyone know anything about this?

Today I went to read some bookmarked research on some specialty macro lenses I was interested in and I found it was just... gone. There seems to be a backup of its earliest versions from 2006 ish at Photomacrography1(.net) but nothing newer.

It was an incredible wealth of information that I am very sad might be lost?!

It was having trouble with its hosting back in July. Maybe the problem has returned. It works for me, though.

Just because you can't access it does not mean it's gone. I can access it. It might be that you just can't access it -- for a variety of reasons. Try a different browser, or computer, or operating system. Some people can't access my websites, but my websites are there -- and MOST people can access them.

I can access it.

Same here; seems to work OK. Also no apparent connectivity issues on other test sites (via https://www.uptimia.com/website-availability-test/11ea55b9)

Works fine for me; apparently I'm one of those dots on the map. Never heard of this forum before an dlooking forward to exploring it. Thanks for the heads up and hope your conenctivity is restored!

Wow, I tried two browsers, Safari and Chrome. But I just tried Firefox and it worked.

Honestly I am relieved! Thanks everyone!

Yea, I should have tried the 3rd browser. And that site is a firehose of information and experience within the niche.

I don't know why some Browsers are roadblocks, and others not. Sure is a PITA. I guess it has something to do with their security protocols.
