It seems that no matter how I wipe my belows with a damp cloth, I can never seem to get all the dust/lint off. How do you do it?

Try using a vacuum. You don't want to use to much in the way of cleaning materials on cloth bellows as solvents can/may affect the adhesives holding the outer cloth layer to the stiffeners.

You could always use a piece of clear packaging tape and use it to "blot" the dust off... Kinda like those roll-type adhesive lint removers, except its just tape...

Camera stores sell small rubber air 'blowers' you hand pump, very inexpensive and no propellant to ruin your gear. Turn the camera so the bellows face downward and pump away. Keep your face back, it really works.
