the last few times I shot with my F100 I was unable to move my focus points. It was stuck in one point. I use my F100 for shoots with small quick children or other instances when I need help with focus. It is super quick and I love it. Anyone else have issues with this?
thanks.

You didn't forget the lock on the bottom did you. Otherwise I have not had that problem.

thanks, I've played with the multisensor switch and the focus points are not in the locked position. Occasionally in the past I noticed it would lock up until I took another frame (or turned camera off than back on), now not the case.

Izzit possible there's a custom function set that you've forgotten about?
Possibly a total reset would help?

How's the battery life? I've had that happen on mine when the batteries have started losing their oomph.

I do need to check through custom settings, will do that. Battery life...hmmm could be. I think I remember changing out a battery to put in my son's remote control car :-0

The F100 has a focus lock on the back. I take it you have checked that as well as battery life. As far as custom functions go you can change the way the focus points are selected in regards to which way you push on the 4 sided selector on the back of the camera. Custom functions will not help with the problem you have outlined. Basically to me it sounds like with your camera is malfunctioning and a repair is needed. The camera is certainly worth a clean and service. Advance Camera in Portland services the F100 and of course so does Nikon.
