This is a three piece extension tube from Spiratone, originally made for a Nikon F. I have a Nikon F and a couple of FM2s, and these guys fit both. There are three rings, 11mm, 18mm, and 36mm. They can be used individually, or they can be stacked.

The "arm" on the short one is for the linkage necessary to use the photomic meter on the Nikon F. It is not necessary with the FM2s (or probably any newer body) and can be removed. The flat circular tabs that extend from the rings are the release levers to release the lens or next extension ring.

The set works fine. Actually, there is nothing really to work. These are just spacers to add distance between the lens and film plane to allow close things to be focused.

I don't do much macro any more, and I do have a Micro Nikkor.

$15 plus shipping. PayPal OK.
