Exposure/Spotmeter reading error

Well here is my first spotmeter error, I have a pentax spotmeter v and it has a bar with top number and bottom numbers, if its dark you push the button in and read the bottom numbers, unless you are me and push the button in forget that you are pushing it in and still read from the top. Then you get home develop and hey presto, the darkness has fallen, it took me ages to work out why.

So i just stuck my polaroid back on and exposed on something developed that just to prove to myself I still got it!!!!

I think I will be making that mistake again...haha
