blee1996, as an example from my post above, I took a screen shot of your sailboat photo and used the PhotoShop neural filter to show how you can restore an image that may be important to you. It took less than five minutes and I did no other editing. After posting I will remove it from my computer. This was strictly to show a technique example.

If you are going to experiment with trying to counterbalance the color shifts, you might consider including a Neutral Gray card in your test shots for a known point of reference.
I do the same for any new batch of expired film. I shoot a few photos of the xRite Color Checker as well a large 18% grey card, and exposure bracket them. Then it is very easy to do color balance in Lightroom with the picker. Of course lighting condition changes and the light is not always 5500K, but that will give you a neutral starting point to further refine the color balance and do color grading.
