For Sale Excellent response from Cafe Press

Not sure where to post this - Moderators, I'm sure you'll stick it somewhere appropriate.

I ordered an APUG hoodie via this forum over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, so I emailed Cafe Press, who make them, yesterday. Here's their reply:
