Eye level prism for Exakta. I believe this will fit all the models except the ones made in the mid sixties (VX1000, VX500). The condition is good, with a few internal dust specks and weathering evident on the leatherette. The prism has a focusing screen installed (looks like a matte screen with a split focusing thingy). Your prism is styled for and should fit t;he 1961 VXIIa, VXIIb, and VX1000 with "Exakta" in block lettering.

Yes, it will fit earlier models like the VX, but the VX and earlier cameras used a prism with a curved plate in front to match the curved "Exakta" nameplate above the lens flange. Many of these prisms got switched over the years.
