Aperture Photographic specialise in Nikon and Leica but they occaisionally have large format equipment, like the two Linhof Technika Vs there at the moment. They are under the medium format tab on the website. I haven't purchased from them but I want to (they seem friendly and helpful).
I think most of the UK sites listed sell used equipment. Teamwork Digital have a great selection of lenses and they're really friendly. I used Ffordes and Robert White too, without any problems. So thats where all my money has gone!
Red dot cameras are exclusively Leica but they do have one of those 360 degree views of the shop like the one posted earlier in this thread. www.reddotcameras.co.uk/pano/

Yes, Aperture have a few LF lenses and cameras now and again - I've sold to them but never bought, I've always found them to be decent people. They mainly deal in Leica, Nikon and Hasselblad and are stronger in 35mm and MF
Around the corner from Aperture in New Oxford Street, Jacobs usually have a decent amount of used 4x5's and lenses which I've always felt were a little too expensive, Kingsley Photographic in Tottenham Court Road also have a range of second hand gear. Neither of these could be considered to be LF dealer's in the 'purest sense' it just forms part of their second hand business
