ADOX makes some of its chemistry in Switzerland, which is not a member state of the EU, and their RA-4 chemistry was made in China at least 2 years ago. Most of their products are made in Germany though. Foma , as far as I know, is making everything in Czech Republic,, which is an EU member state. Many of the products sold as Ilford are actually made in the EU. To my knowing, liquid chemistry is EU made, while their powders are all made in the USA. This is a black and white forum, nit the biggest manufacturer of photochemistry is actually Fuji Hunt, based in Belgium. They make only color products mainly for professional use. Also, Calbe is based in Germany, and produces their chemistry in site, in Calbe near Leipzig.

Again, I'm not using any color chemistry nor I will intend to in the future.
Switzerland is not in the EU but it's way better than USA.
It should now be clear why I no longer intend to buy anything made in the United States.

Ilford outsources all the powder chemistry to a USA-based producer so I should avoid all Ilford powder chemistry (including id-11 which is the developer I use exclusively).
Yes if the product is made in the U.S. there is a risk of tariffs being applied by the EU on a reciprocal basis depending on what may happen negotiations-wise in the future be that a near, medium or far future

Maybe the mods need to stipulate in the very near future what we will be able to say about such matters that may affect our hobby that will meet the forum's requirement to be strictly non political

For some reason the need to tread lightly, which is a commendable one, always reminds me of the scene in the 1955 film "Somebody Up There Likes Me" about the boxer, Rocky Graziano. Rocky has explained to his girlfriend that boxing is not really the violent sport she thinks it is and has invited her to watch him at the gym with his sparring partner. When his girlfriend arrives at the gym to see how gentle boxing really is, he says he wants each of them to exchange blows in turn by saying after a blow has been landed very softly "Now it's your turn " 😄
