Have you read that blog post? As I have ot followed Leica all that much, I actually no idea what that post is bringing up, from a man who has solid insider information that I think nobody, but few could discredit (and none ot my knowledge are on this forum). If such a long time Leica supporter and promoter of its quality sees things that way, it isn't coming form becoming a free agent if contract is not renegotiated or he won't show up for the mini camp. He had his heart in Leica and felt the need to announce that there is hard proof Leica is no longer what the label implies. To me he sounds rather disappointed in that development. And I for one will take his statement without any grain of salt.Jeeez man, pull yerself together. Stop with this whimpering rubbish!
You'd think that after being around for a while, one might have developed a little thicker hide, a little bigger perspective.
I don't care for digital imaging either but that doesn't mean we just throw in the towel, post a grand exit statement, give up and walk away.
Leica is a big company with diverse products. Yet, they're producing and selling the MP and MA.
Photography is today, a (growing) niche market. How is it not good enough that we still have two fine M bodies available to us?
Yeah, so they also offer a selection of other digital imaging products...so what?!
You want a fine camera? Buy an MA and be happy. Quit whining!
