IIRC, PEC12 is composed of methanol and butyl acetate, but the proportions are unknown. They probably have an MSDS somewhere if you wish to verify it. Methanol alone is probably ok.

Thanks, Oleh. So, according to this list, isopropanol and naptha can be used. Does that mean Isopropol alcohol? And naptha== lighter fluid, correct?
