Errata for Way Beyond Monochrome 2nd ed?

Not that I have found anything to question, but I was wondering if such a document existed or was even needed?

I seem to recall the first edition had one on the Focal Press website before they were absorbed by the Taylor and Francis Group.

Such a complex and comprehensive book surely had errors creep in during publication.
