Does anyone know if replacement negative carrier holders are available for purchase anywhere for the v600? I lost my medium format ones during a move and would like to get back to scanning some developed rolls.

Thanks

And at the bay, sometimes good price, sometimes form a crazy land.

Or use anti-reflection piece of glass shimmed up for better results with negative taped in place, or splurge for the better scanning piece, if you intend to use your scanner for longer

I bought the Better Scanning piece but didn't find it better than the V600 medium format Epson holders. Of course, if you have curly negatives, the Better Scanner with the glass is better.

While the majority of my scans on my Epson 850 are 4x5 BW and often enough my 8x10 I Sometimes just lay the film (emulsion side up) on the glass (as 'square as possible') and 'hit the scan button.. No problems... so far, anyway .

Which software do you use to scan and post edt? Does it pay to get the V850 or V800?

If you scan medium format - 120 or 220 - I can heartily recommend Betterscanning.com's film holder. With some fiddly height adjustments and the AntiNewton's Rings glass I can now get corner to corner sharpness, which was impossible with the original carriers for my V700.
