I am in the process of calibrating my system using MonacoEZcolor and having a bit of a problem profiling Brilliant Museum Silver Gloss White paper.

When printing the RGB Target the paper "shifts" in the printer when it is just about finished printing. See that attached pic.

This is the only paper that I am having this problem with, all other papers I've used print just fine. It doesn't matter if I print directly from EZcolor or photoshop and it does this on anything I print, not just the RGB Target.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks,
Jim

Hi,
did you try front tray loading?
Maybe this could help...

Sidney

I tried top and rear but not the front. I'll give it a shot.

Thanks,
Jim

As far as the profiling software cares, this is of no concern since the software doesn't look at that portion of the paper.

Otherwise no idea of the why or how to fix.
