You may remember the Speed Magny backs: attachments for a 35mm camera that by relay lens transferred the 35mm aerial image enlarged to up to 4x5 Polaroid film.

Now there is a Kickstarter project for such attachment and Instax Square (Square, not Wide and cropped...)

I myself rather trust my own DIY capabilities...
(But I see the costs involved in a DIY project and they seemingly use a different optical approach a DIYer woulf choose.)

Though, if that would be a success, acquiring the original, used backs in sufficient number timely off the shelves could become a cost factor.

They are only using one mirror, all prints will be mirror reversed (any writing visible in the print will be backward). You could use two mirrors or project and image straight out the back. If straight out the back to only way to see through the viewfinder would be a right angle accessory finder except if the prism is removable then you could you use a waist level or chimney finder on a Nikon F or F2.
