Fair to Poor condition, some glass chipped, scratches, never used by myself, probably would give adequate image.

Appears to be in very good condition, never used by myself, based on Kodak enlarging lens that I use, my guess is that this is a very good lens.

Do you know if I could easily work with the 645 format with a 105mm or is it too much?

Depends. On a tallish enlarger, like a 23c or 4x5, it will do all but the largest enlargements. Generally, the 105 handles up to 6x9, however, when working with a variety of negatives, I use one like this. Usually though, if I pop a 35mm into my enlarger, I then switch to a 50mm. The main advantage of a 75 or 80 would be for maximum size or a short column enlarger. YMMV
