Hello, I have Krokus 4sl photo enlarger and I don't know what can be the max power of the bulb put into it. I'd like to put in 250w bulb as I need shorter exposures and stronger light, but I don't know will it be ok with a temperature inside and the voltage. Anyone can help me ?

There must be a tag or something somewhere on the enlarger stating the max wattage the machine can use. Look on or inside the lamp house. You might find it there.

I have a Krokus 3-Color and if you extend the lamp housing with the extension supplied you can use a 500W bulb. I never done it and I'm not sure if your model is similiar.
