The listing:

Tucked away just a 30 second stroll from the heart of East Hampton Village, this expansive mid-century modern home features inviting open spaces with beautiful natural light, a great room perfect for dining and entertaining, plus a formal living room with French doors which open to a south facing bluestone patio. The kitchen and dining room look out over a beautiful gunite pool which borders on a rare grandfathered artists studio. The property, owned by the late photographer Elliott Erwitt, is as whimsical and unique as his images were.

Beautiful place and cool studio. As for "as whimsical and unique as his images were"...😶

That does it, I'm becoming a photographer.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing it. Go to the open house if in the area and document it. It is always nice getting into the home of artists and photogs.

My goal is to win the lotto, buy a $250k work house, a $125k Lasergraphics cine' film scanner and 40 Chinese chrome wire shelf units.

...and maybe a Phase One for the $15k copy stand.

If a house built in the1980s is a “mid-century modern”, then my 1962 ranch must be a Victorian.
